Supply Chain Management Development Program
The supply chain management development program is a two-year
rotational development program designed to develop future supply chain
leaders. The purpose is to create individuals well rounded in all aspects
of our business.
The program consists of four rotating job assignments of six
months each, plus extensive training courses and seminars.
The first year is spent at our group headquarters in Towson,
Maryland, with assignments in two of the following
areas:
- Supply Chain Planning
- Demand Planning/Forecasting
- Sales Operations
- Inventory Deployment
- Purchasing
- Logistics
- Supply Chain Systems
- Manufacturing Planning
The second year will be spent in a manufacturing or
distribution facility in:
- Fayetteville, North Carolina
- Fort Mill, South Carolina
- Hampstead, Maryland
- Spennymoor, England
- Tatry, Italy
- Tongeren, Belgium
- Uberabba, Brazil
- Reynosa, Mexico
- Suzhou, China
With assignments in two of the following
areas:
- Production Planning
- Sourced Material
- Materials Management
- Warehouse Operations
- Transportation Planning
- Distribution Planning
- Group Leader / Production Supervisor
Following successful completion of the program the
candidate will be eligible for consideration for any open positions in
Black & Decker, Kwikset, or Price Pfister worldwide.
