Technical Leadership Development Program

If you are interested in a manufacturing, operations, supply chain, or engineering career, Black & Decker has an exciting program to offer. The Technical Leadership Development Program (TLDP) provides recent college graduates a development opportunity leading to one of three career path options. This two-year program offers four rotating job assignments of four to six months each, and offers an opportunity to see many aspects of the Black & Decker business while providing the foundation for a lasting career with Black & Decker.

Our MMDP (Manufacturing Management Development Path) is designed to develop future manufacturing leaders. We are seeking high energy, high potential self-starters with a desire to work on the operations side of our business.

Our EDP (Engineering Development Path) and EEDP (Electrical Engineering Development Path) offer development opportunities to those interested in Engineering as a career. The successful candidate for this position will possess strong technical and problem solving skills as well as solid leadership and communication skills.

Our SCMDP (Supply Chain Management Development Path) is designed to develop future Supply Chain leaders. We are seeking high energy Logistics & Transportation majors with the ability to drive change and the highly demonstrated ability and aptitude to lead.
